The Construction Tour of the Ronald McDonald House will include a walkthrough of the new tower as well as an interpretation from Messer Construction, the project’s contractor.
The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Cincinnati is working on a new expansion to their current location. The 6-story tower will include 99 new rooms for families as well as all new facilities. With the Cincinnati Children’s expansion in progress, this additional capacity will be as important as ever.
We ask that you bring a small donation item for the House. Requested items include:
-Cereal (large or individual boxes)
-Snacks (individually wrapped)
-Handsoap (individually wrapped)
-Toys (valued from$10-$25)
Messer Construction is the general contractor for this project, as well as for the neighboring Children’s expansion. There is a large cadre of local architecture and engineering firms working on the project as well: GBBN Architects are the lead architects, the Kleingers Group is doing the civil engineering and landscape architecture, Heapy Engineering is doing the mechanical engineering, and THP Limited Co. is doing the structural engineering.
