The 117,000 square foot building is designed around a large central atrium that brings daylight into most spaces within the building. It is scheduled to open in August 2019.

The Gardner Neuroscience Institute (below) is a 113,000 square foot outpatient facility that will be home to more than 125 physicians and researchers who treat neurological disorders such as stroke, epilepsy, depression, and trauma. The all-white tensile mesh screen that wraps 3 sides of the building creates a distinctive image and provides light filtering for interior spaces. The building is scheduled to open in Spring 2019.
